Displaying Contact Details on the Booking Site

Add a contact phone number and email address to your projects so that customers visiting your Booking Site can easily get in touch before making a booking.

Step 1 - Enable the Contact Detail Fields

First, enable the fields so they appear on your projects.

  1. Go to Settings > Display > Bookings > Project Details Page Fields

  2. Tick the box next to Contact - Email Address to display an email address

  3. Tick the box next to Contact - Phone Number to display a phone number

  4. Click Save

Both fields can also be set as required if needed.

Step 2 - Add Contact Details to Your Projects

Once the fields are enabled, add the relevant contact information to each project.

  1. Go to Projects > Settings > All

  2. Select the relevant project and open the Booking Site tab

  3. Enter the email address and phone number you want to display

  4. Click Save

Once saved, the contact details will be visible to customers when they click on a project on your Booking Site.
