How to delete a Customer

It's possible to make a customer 'Inactive' meaning they will no longer be visible to book and their account will not be accessible until they are made active again.

Navigate to the Customers tab and find the relevant customer. Then select the green tick under the 'Active' column to make it a red cross. This will make the customer inactive.

Note: While it is possible to delete customers, when doing so will delete all data associated with the account. This means any information stored on previous bookings, payments, notifications, or reporting will also be deleted. To ensure your reports are correct we recommend making the customer inactive instead.

If you would still like to make a formal data deletion request, please get in touch with our support team.

How to delete a Participant

If you have a Participant you would like to delete, such as if it is duplicated within the customer's account, it is recommend to change the name of the participant to something similar to "Do Not Use".

To do this, navigate to the Customers tab and search for the relevant Customer profile. Then select the name of the participant that you would like to edit. Make any changes to the participant profile and click save.

Note: While it is possible to delete participants, when doing so will delete all data associated with the account. This means any information stored on previous bookings, payments, notifications, or reporting will also be deleted. To ensure your reports are correct we recommend inactive instead.

If you would still like to make a formal data deletion request, please get in touch with our support team.

How to Block a Customer from making a booking

If you have a customer you would like to prevent from making bookings, it's possible to block them without deleting their account.

To do so, Navigate to the Customers tab and select the customer you would like to prevent from booking. Click on their name to access their details and scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Advanced' section. Select the tickbox for 'Block contact from making bookings' to block the customer and press 'Save'.

To unblock the customer, simply navigate back to this page and de-select the tickbox.
