How to use the Registers report

The Registers Report is an each way to access data about your session participants across multiple projects.

To find the Registers report, got to Reports > Registers Report.

By entering particular dates and the Register Type, you will be able to generate a report using this criteria. It is also possible to filter these reports further by Project Name, Project Type, or Department.

Once the report has generated it will be split into sections, the Overview and by each block of the projects in the selected timeframe.

In each section of the report, you will be able to see a list of participants who have booked onto the sessions of the blocks, alongside their dietary requirements, medical notes, age, disability information, emergency contact information, and media consent.

By clicking the export button in the top right corner, a .csv excel file will be downloaded to your device. If you need to add further data to the file, such as another date range, regenerate the report with new input and then export the new file. It's then possible to combine these two datasets within excel.
