We have now updated our Eligible for Free School Meals dropdown to accommodate for the 'Vulnerable' Category.
The field has now been renamed to "Eligible for HAF?" with three dropdown options.
These options are as follows:
"Yes - I have benefits-related free school meals"
"Yes - I do not have benefits-related free school meals"
"No - I am not eligible for HAF"
Creating Projects for HAF Eligible Participants
Projects can be restricted to participants who are HAF Eligible. Within the Booking Site tab of the project, the "Participant Booking Criteria" field can mark whether you would like to offer sessions for HAF or non-HAF eligible participants. If "HAF Eligible - Yes" is selected, participants marked with either "Yes" option in the "Eligible for HAF?" field will be able to book onto the session.
If the participant has selected the "No", they will be unable to book onto these sessions.
