Update your billing details top ensure you keep receiving payouts

It's your responsibility to make sure your billing details are accurate and current. Outdated information can cause delays or interruptions to your payouts, so it's worth checking in regularly, especially if anything has changed.

Why keeping your billing details updated matters

We use your billing details to process your payouts. If your details are incomplete, expired, or incorrect, your payouts may be delayed or paused until the issue is resolved.

Common reasons you may need to update your details include:

  • You've changed bank accounts or payment method

  • Your business address or company name has changed

  • A card has expired or been replaced

  • You've been notified by our team that information is missing

It's your responsibility to keep these details current. We recommend reviewing them periodically, even if you haven't received a notification.

How to update your billing details

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select Billing

  4. Click Edit Your Billing Details

  5. Review all fields and update anything that has changed

  6. Save your changes

You should see a confirmation message once your details have been saved successfully.

How often should I check my billing details?

There's no set requirement, but we recommend reviewing your billing details:

  • At least once every few months

  • Any time your payment or business information changes

  • If you receive a notification from us asking you to review them
