Ryft is separate from your Coordinate Sport account - you can log into it directly at https://dash.ryftpay.com. It's the platform that processes your payments, payouts, and banking details. If you'd like someone else - for example, a finance colleague - to have their own login to view or manage your payments, you'll need to add them as a user directly in Ryft, rather than through the Staff tab in Coordinate Sport.
How to add a user
1. Log in to your Ryft account.
2. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the Ryft Portal.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Go to the Users section.
5. Select the option to add a new user, enter their details, and assign a role.
6. Save your changes.
The new user will be able to log in and access whatever their assigned role allows.
Choosing a role
When you add a user, you'll need to assign one of the following roles:
• Admin: full access, including adding and removing users, managing banking information, and generating reports.
• Auditor: can view all account details, including financial information, but can't make any changes.
• Developer: access to API keys and webhooks only - no access to banking information or other users.
Which role suits a finance person?
For someone who just needs visibility of payments and payouts, Auditor is usually the right fit - they'll be able to see everything without being able to change bank details or remove other users. If they also need to update banking information themselves, choose Admin instead.
Only give Admin access to people who genuinely need to manage banking details or other users. It's the highest level of access on the account.
