The Prevent Double Booking setting stops customers from booking a session that clashes with one they have already booked.
How to Enable it
Go to Settings > General > Online Booking Site
Tick Prevent Double Booking
Click Save
Once enabled, customers will no longer be able to add a session to their basket that runs at the same time as an existing booking.
For Organisations with Multiple Provider Accounts
If your organisation operates across multiple provider accounts, this setting can also be enabled at the parent account level, extending the clash prevention across all accounts beneath it.
How to enable it at the parent account level
Go to Settings > General > Online Booking Site
Tick Prevent Double Booking
Click Save
Once enabled at the parent account, customers will be prevented from booking clashing sessions across any of your provider accounts.
