Disability, SEND and Behavioural Information Fields
If your organisation needs to collect sensitive information about participants - such as disability, SEND or behavioural information - you can make these fields required as part of the registration and booking process, ensuring this information is captured every time a new participant profile is created.
How to Configure Participant Profile Fields
Go to Settings > Display > Customers > Participant Profile Fields
For each field, you can tick Show to make it visible and Required to make it mandatory
Click Save
The available fields include Disability, SEND and Behavioural Information, among others. We recommend reviewing all available fields at the same time to ensure your profile setup captures everything your organisation needs at the point of registration and booking.
